- Are you licensed and insured?
- Yes. WR Bar Enterprises is fully licensed and insured, and every bartender on our team is ABC-certified. We can provide a certificate of insurance for your venue on request.
- What areas do you serve?
- We serve Brevard County and the Space Coast, including Melbourne, Viera, Suntree, Palm Bay, Satellite Beach, Cocoa Beach, Merritt Island and Titusville. We travel beyond that for larger events — just ask.
- Do you provide the alcohol?
- Alcohol is included at standard average consumption rates in our packages. Premium spirits or specific bottles can be added before or after your deposit. We can also work as a bartender-only service if you prefer to supply the alcohol yourself.
- How far in advance should we book?
- Most clients book two to six months ahead, and peak wedding weekends go early. If your date is close, call us — we often have availability and can move quickly.
- Is a deposit required?
- Yes, a deposit reserves your date and is applied to your final balance. The remaining balance is due before your event. We'll walk you through the details when we confirm availability.
- What do you bring with you?
- Portable bars, glassware or cupware, ice, mixers, garnishes, tools and uniformed bartenders — scaled to your guest count. Specialty ice, a champagne toast service, a zero-proof espresso bar and custom printed menus can all be added.
- Do you handle small house parties?
- Absolutely. Alongside full-scale weddings and corporate events, we offer bartender-only bookings and small house-party service.
